NEW CLUBHOUSE PLANS

As you may know our clubhouse is in poor condition and it is no longer cost effective to try to keep
maintaining it season after season. The club is one of the best and most respected in the area and needs
to have the facilities to match its status.
Recently it has expanded with the introduction of the equally successful ladies team and the coaching sessions for
kids in the local community are now well established.
So the club house we have planned will be exactly what our club needs and will also be of benefit to
the community of West Bergholt with use of the changing facilities for the all weather sports area and the
main hall available for small events or meetings.
We have been given planning permission for this building below and we now have the challenge of raising
the funds needed to build it!
Our fundraising Efforts are well underway and our goal is to raise as much money as possible and apply for any grants
that are available to help reach the estimated £250,000 needed to build our new clubhouse and changing facilities.

We estimate that we may need to raise almost £100,000 of this total ourselves, but the planning permission
doesn't last forever so we must make every effort to find funds as quickly as possible.

We now have a "Clubhouseometer" which we will update after every fundraising event we hold or if a donation is made.
